Our healthcare sector heavily relies on support networks. Globalserv is a specialised equipment repair and maintenance service, with support that minimises disruption. We helped them with a brand strategy workshop that focussed on how they could best support their customers. The findings of our workshop highlighted an increased demand for Globalserv to comply with complex safety requirements. We built their full brand identity, using a carefully balanced palette of red and orange to highlight Globalserv as a company that is built on support, technical ability and empathy.
