Fire Safety

The problem:

Peninsula provides fire safety consultation to owners of holiday rentals and tenanted buildings in the South West UK. Fire safety compliance is a legal obligation for property owners, but we needed to explore the customer base in more depth, in order to unveil what solutions the business could provide in order to become more than just a prescribed annual requirement.

The solution:

A brand discovery workshop uncovered the ideal customers. All of the personas we created had the following in common; they needed clear advice as well as education into safety compliance. They also needed a trusted supplier, someone who offered support. It was important that the aesthetic outcome shone a light towards being the least risky option for any prospective clients given the legal requirements that property owners face.
